摘要
以胡椒酸为原料加热回流制备胡椒酸甲酯,采用单因素和正交试验对合成工艺进行了优化,得到最佳合成工艺条件为:对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,用量为0.15 g、回流反应时间5.5 h、反应温度90℃,胡椒酸甲酯产率可达80%以上.此工艺简单可行,稳定性好.
Piperic acid methyl ester was prepared from piperic acid by the refluxed method. Single factor and orthogonal tests were employed to optimize the synthesis technology. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: p-toluene sulfonic acid was selected as a catalyst, the amount of catalyst was 0.15 g, reaction time was 5.5 h, reaction temperature was 90 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of piperic acid methyl ester could reach 80%. The preparation technology proposed in this study was simple, feasible and has good stability.
