波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁抗剪连接件受力分析与设计

摘要 在波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁中,波纹钢腹板PC组合箱梁的受力性能取决于剪力连接件的工作性能.在介绍波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁常用剪力连接件的构造以及设计计算的基础上,结合某大跨径波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁的设计实例,采用国内相关地方规范,进行了Twin-PBL及S-PBL剪力连接件的设计计算.结果表明:PC箱梁采用的Twin-PBL连接件及S-PBL连接件符合相关规范的要求,能够满足波形钢腹板及混凝土顶底板之间的抗剪和抗滑移需求. In PC composite box girder with corrugated steel web, the mechanical property depends on the working performance of the shear connector. In order to introduce the structure and design calculation of common shear connector, this paper, combing the design example of one large-spare PC composite box girder with corrugated steel web and adopting related local regulations, conducts design calculation of Twin-PBL and S-PBL shear connector. Results show that the Twin-PBL and S-PBL shear connector meet the requirements of related regulations and can meet shear resistant and anti-sliding requirement between corrugated steel web and concrete roof and floor.
