高校工科专业嵌入式人才培养模式研究与探讨

Study and investigation of embedded talent training mode of engineering specialty in university

嵌入式人才培养模式是高校适应高等教育需要,培养学生创新精神和实践能力最有效的人才培养模式之一.在阐述了嵌入式人才培养模式的内涵概念、研究意义及研究现状的基础上,以江苏师范大学机械制造(高铁列车工程方向)专业为例,基于该专业已有的人才培养方案及实验、师资条件,给出了适合该专业嵌入式人才培养的研究内容及研究思路,即构建嵌入式的理论与实践课程体系、建设双师型的师资队伍、建立合作式实践教学基地、搭建校企合作的人才培养机制.

Embedded talent training mode is one of the most effective modes that the universities meet with the need of higher education and cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability. This paper introduces the intension concept, research meaning and study status about the embedded talent training mode. According to the talent training scheme and condition of experiment and teachers in high-speed railway specialty of Jiangsu Normal University, we have given the research contents and research thoughts suitable for the embedded talent training of this specialty including constructing the embedded theoretical and practical course system, building the double-teacher type teachers, establishing cooperative type practical teaching base, and putting up the talent training mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise.
