高职学生职业价值观及其教育对策探析

On occupational values of higher vocational students and educational countermeasures

通过高职学生职业价值观现状调查,对当前学生职业价值观存在的问题及其原因进行分析,探索高职生职业价值观教育的原则和内容.在此基础上提出了以理想引导、融入人才培养、完善教育课程体系、优化外部环境、构建校企合作实践教育体系等高职学生职业价值观教育对策.

Through status survey of occupational values of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the problems and causes, and explores the principals and contents of occupational values education for higher vocational students. Based on that, it puts forward the educational countermeasures to occupation values of higher vocational students from aspects of ideal guidance, integration of talents training, perfecting curriculum system, optimizing external environment and establishing practical education system of school-enterprise cooperation.
