Study on sustainable development of social public service in resource-oriented small towns

新型城镇化发展过程中,资源型小城镇作为特殊类型没有受到足够重视,尤其是社会公共服务事业发展存在诸多不足.为了促进资源型小城镇社会公共服务事业的可持续发展,分析了资源型小城镇社会公共服务事业发展的特点,阐述了资源型小城镇可持续发展所面临的挑战,提出应加快转变社会公共服务意识,扩充社会公共服务空间,应主动配合地方发展,加快城乡一体统筹发展进程,应充分利用国家政策,加快新型城镇化的科学发展,以促进资源型小城镇社会公共服务事业的持续健康发展.

During the development process of new-type urbanization, resource-oriented small towns, as a special type, do not receive enough attention, and there exist many disadvantages in the development of social public service. In order to promote the sustainable development of social public service in resource-oriented small towns, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development and expounds the challenges we face in sustainable development of resource-oriented small towns. Based on that, it puts forward that we should speed up the transformation of social public service consciousness to extent the space of social public service, cooperate local development actively to speed the overall development of urban-rural integration, and take full advantage of national policies to speed up the scientific development of new-type urbanization so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of social public service in resource-oriented small towns.
