摘要目的了解桐乡地区人群糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)的参考范围,为判断糖化血红蛋白的异常与否及血糖控制水平提供参考依据。方法收集2010年1月至2013年12月在我院体检的2050名健康者样本,应用TOSOH HLC-723 G8型全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测Hb A 1c水平,按年龄段对其进行统计分析。结果 Hb A 1c水平随着年龄的增长呈升高趋势,其均值为5.4%,标准差为0.7%。结论对不同年龄段Hb A1c应考虑设置不同的参考范围。
