端粒酶活性检测在良恶性乳头溢液鉴别中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨端粒酶活性检测在良恶性乳头溢液鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2010年1月—2014年12月乳头溢液的患者200例,均行乳头溢液的端粒酶活性检测并手术切除病理学检查,对良性病变与恶性病变的乳头溢液端粒酶活性及大体组织学的端粒酶活性进行统计对比分析。结果:200例乳头溢液中,病理学检查良性病变70例,恶性病变30例,良性病变手术切除组织端粒酶活性阳性率与乳头溢液端粒酶活性阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05);乳腺癌患者手术切除组织端粒酶活性阳性率与乳头溢液端粒酶活性阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05);手术切除组织端粒酶活性阳性率乳腺癌显著高于良性疾病(P<0.05);乳腺癌和良性疾病中,乳头溢液端粒酶活性阳性率高于手术切除组织端粒酶活性阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:乳头溢液的端粒酶活性检测对乳腺良性与恶性病变的初步诊断具有较大临床意义,与手术大体病理组织的端粒酶活性检测结果一致。 Objective:To investigate the application value of detection of telomerase activity in the overflow liquid in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant papillary.Method:A total of 200 cases were selected from January 2010-December 2014 in Dongying Hong Kong General Surgery Hospital,with nipple discharge as the symptoms of patients with,all patients were performed to detect telomerase activity of nipple discharge and give operation resection and pathological examination,pathological examination,70 cases of benign lesions,malignant lesions in 130 cases the benign and malignant lesions,the nipple discharge liquid of telomerase activity and telomerase activity in the tissue of the statistical analysis and comparison.Results:200 cases of patients with nipple discharge,pathological examination,70 cases of benign lesions,malignant lesions 130 cases,benign lesion resection operation in the positive rate of telomerase activity and the positive rate of telomerase activity of nipple discharge liquid,no significant difference(P〉0.05);in the breast cancer patients the positive rate of resection the telomerase activity in the tissue and the positive rate of telomerase activity of nipple discharge liquid,no significant difference(P〉0.05);compared with benign diseases of breast cancer resection operation,the positive rate of telomerase activity in tissues of breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign diseases,with statistical difference(P〈0.05);the positive rate of telomerase activity of nipple discharge liquid operation resection compared with positive rate of telomerase activity in the tissue breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign disease,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The detection of telomerase activity in diagnosis of nipple discharge of liquid on the benign and malignant breast lesions has great clinical significance,operation and pathology detection of telomerase activity in the tissue,it has high value in clinical application.
