吉西他滨联合顺铂对晚期胰腺癌的疗效分析 被引量：5

摘要 观察吉西他滨联合顺铂方案(GEMDDP)在晚期胰腺癌新辅助化疗中的效果。64例晚期胰腺癌患者随机分成2组。常规手术组(32例)行外科手术新辅助化疗组(32例)在术前采用GEMDDP化疗,比较两组无肿瘤残留(R_0)切除率及术后并发症发生情况。新辅助化疗组71.9%(23/32)完成了R_0切除,常规手术组53.1%(17/32)完成了R_0切除,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新辅助化疗组手术并发症较常规手术组减少(P<0.05)。GEMDDP化疗可提高晚期胰腺癌手术中R_0切除率,安全性较高。
