摘要
20世纪90年代末,我国小学师资培养从中等师范教育层次全面提升至专科和本科教育层次。在此过程中,中等师范学校通过各种方式的转制逐渐消失。这个转制消失的进程表现出过程发展的阶段性,转制方式的复杂性和新办学机构类型的多元性。这与我国东中西部不同经济区域间、中心城市和基层县城间的经济与教育发展差异比较大,且发展不平衡的状况是相适应的。通过这个改革,我国小学师资培养升格到了大学教育,新的两级师范教育体系建立起来。
In the 90's of the last century,training of primary school teachers in China began to promote the level to the college and undergraduate education from the secondary normal education. In this process,secondary normal school system gradually disappeared through various ways. This process has the characteristics of stage,the complexity and diversity. The difference of economic,educational development around the relatively large,uneven development circumstances in China caused these characteristics. Through this reform,training of primary school teachers in China had been upgraded to a university education; two levels of normal education system had been established too.
