摘要
采用自编问卷进行调查,旨在探讨晋江民营企业不同群体员工满意度状况,为企业改进员工激励机制,促进员工工作积极性提供依据。结果表明:员工满意度由高到低分别是工作本身、工作群体、企业制度与文化;不同学历、不同职位以及工作年限和年龄在各项因子上均有不同的差异。建议企业管理者细化激励机制,针对不同群体员工,采取有效的激励方式,并通过实现企业文化的认同与融合提升员工的满意度。
This paper uses questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of employees from different groups of private enterprises in Jinjiang,in order to provide a basis for improving employee incentives and promoting employee motivation. The outcome showed that: the employee satisfaction rate from high to low goes like: the work itself,working groups,corporate institutions and culture. Different educational background,different position,length of service and age in each factor has different outcomes. It suggests enterprise managers to incentive mechanism of refinement and take effective incentives for different groups of employees. And improve employee satisfaction by implementing the enterprise culture identity and fusion.
