摘要
职业发展规划教育不要求学生在中学阶段明确职业方向,相反,帮助学生在了解自我和社会及两者关系的过程中明确自己的兴趣和特长。美国中学在课程标准、课程设置、师资配备和政策引导等方面都保障了职业发展规划教育的顺利开展,为我们提供了有价值的借鉴。
Career development planning education doesn' t mean that high school students determine their career direction without any change; instead,it helps students realize their interests and strong points during their understanding of the relationships between themselves and the society. American high schools guarantee the career development planning education by means of curriculum standards,curriculum development,faculty arrangement and policy guidance,which provide us with much advice.
