Tagore is a distinguished educator of India,he founded the International University in 1921,which had attracted high attention of academic world. In order to let more people know Tagore＇s educational thoughts and the International University,using the analysis to show how importance of its development to cultural exchanges in the world. It contains four aspects： the generation and the development of International University,Tagore＇ s idea of running a school and the mission of the International University.
