摘要
运用管理学中的竞争态势分析法,分析扬泰机场发展所面临的内外部环境,提出扬泰机场的发展战略应为:收益性与公益性相结合,合理定位;抓住口岸开放的先机,加快对外开放;走差异化发展之路,大力发展支线航空;加强配套设施建设,完善管理机制。
Applying SWOT analysis in management,the paper analyses internal and external environment of Yangzhou-Taizhou Airport,and explores the development strategies for the airport.The strategies should localize reasonably by combining profitability and public interest together,seize the opportunity of port opening to expedite the steps of opening,develop regional aviation vigorously with differentiation strategy,strengthen the construction of supporting facilities establishment,and improve the administrative mechanism.
