Claudins是组成细胞间紧密连接必不可少的骨架蛋白,在肿瘤细胞转移及侵袭过程中起重要作用。胃癌是最常见及最致命的恶性肿瘤之一,是全球癌症死亡的第二大原因。近年来发现,Claudins可能在胃癌发生、发展中起关键作用,它可能在胃癌诊断、治疗及预后方面具有重要临床意义和广泛的应用价值。

Claudins are essential components of the tight junctions which play important roles in the process of invasion and metastasis of tumor. Gastric cancer is one of the most common and fatal malignancy and the second leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide. In recent years,it is reported that claudins play significant roles in gastric tumorigenesis. There will be important clinical significance and extensive application value in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.
