美沙拉嗪和双歧杆菌三联活菌联用治疗显微镜下结肠炎疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨美沙拉嗪和双歧杆菌三联活菌联用治疗显微镜下结肠炎(microscopic colitis,MC)的疗效。方法将确诊为MC的患者(85例)随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(42例)。治疗组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片和双歧杆菌三联活菌片,对照组单独给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,疗程均为1个月,治疗前后均给予结肠镜检查。结果治疗组总有效率90.7%,对照组总有效率71.4%,治疗组3个月复发率20.9%,6个月复发率34.9%;对照组3个月复发率47.6%,6个月复发率64.3%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪和双歧杆菌三联活菌联用治疗MC有确切疗效。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Mesalamine and Bifidobacterium triple viable in treating microscopic colitis( MC). Methods Eight-five patients with MC were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 43)and control group( n = 42). Patients in treatment group were treated with oral Mesalamine and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule for one month,and patients in control group were treated with oral Mesalamine alone for one month. All patients were treated with colonoscopy before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 90. 7% and 71. 4%,respectively. The relapse rates of 3 months and 6 months in treatment group were 20. 9% and 34. 9%,and those in control group were 47. 6% and 64. 3%. There was significant difference between treatment group and control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Application of Mesalamine and Bifidobacterium triple viable in treating MC shows a definite curative effect.
