Endoscopic ultrasonography to review the research progress of gastric stromal tumor

近年来超声内镜技术发展迅速,目前已被公认为上消化道黏膜下隆起性病变的首选检查方法。超声内镜检查能够对胃间质瘤进行诊断,并与其他上消化道病变进行鉴别,能对其侵袭危险度进行评估,对内镜下治疗间质瘤有重要的指导意义。

In recent years,with the fast development of endoscopic ultrasonography technology,it has been recognized as the first choice for the submucous apophysis lesions of upper gastrointestinal. Endoscopic ultrasonography can carry on the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumor and identify with other lesions of upper gastrointestinal tract. Endoscopic ultrasonography could predict the risk of malignancy of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and also provide important guiding significance for endoscopic treatment of gastric stromal tumor.
