几何缺陷对高强钢薄壁箱形截面压杆稳定的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工作平台,基于薄板的弹塑性大挠度理论,建立了高强钢薄壁箱形截面压杆稳定承载能力的有限元分析模型,研究了整体几何缺陷对高强钢薄壁箱形截面构件稳定性的影响;通过研究发现可以取整体几何缺陷最大值为杆件长度的1/1 000,长细比为60左右时杆件对整体几何缺陷的敏感性最高。 Basing on finite element analysis software ANSYS and elasto-plasticity large deflection finite ele- ment theory of the thin-walled steel plate, the stability load-carrying capacity of thin-walled box column of high-strength steel finite element analysis model was established. The overall geometric deflection influence on the stability of thin-walled box column of high-strength steel was studied. According to the research such results can be got: 1/1 000 of the length of column can be thought as the biggest overall geometric deflection, and the column with the slenderness ratio around 60 is impressible to the overall geometric de- flection.
