摘要
高校学生已进入"95后"时代,具有明显的时代特征,也为高校班级管理工作带来了难题。本文通过分析高校班级管理存在的问题,通过精细化管理途径,将班级管理细化为"五个途径"及搭建"五个平台",实现班级精细化管理的"两个目标",促进当代大学生成长成才。
The current university students has entered the era of‘post-95＇,which brings about dilemma for class management.By analyzing problems existed in class management and constructing refined managing access,the essay classified the class management into‘five accesses＇ and setting up‘five platforms＇ to realize‘two targets＇ for promoting contemporary students＇ growth and nourishment.
