Construction of An Evaluation System of Benign Interaction between Rural Collective Economy and Farmers' Development Based on AHP Method

农村集体经济能为农民发展提供坚实的物质基础和充分的制度保障;农民发展又为农村集体经济提供强大的动力源泉和智力支持,两者之间存在着相互激励、相互促进、相互影响、相互制约的良性互动关系。运用AHP法探讨农村集体经济与农民发展良性互动评价体系的构建,有助于拓展农民发展研究的范式,也能进一步明晰农村集体经济发展的目标,为解决"三农"问题提供启示或思考。

Rural collective economy,as an important component of socialist public economy in China,can provide solid material foundation and adequate institutional guarantee for farmers＇ development; at the same time,farmers＇ development can provide powerful motivation source and intellectual support for rural collective economy. They encourage,promote,influence and restrict each other mutually. Using AHP method to construct an evaluation system of benign interaction between rural collective economy and farmers＇ development will expand the paradigm of the researches about farmers＇ development,and further clarify goals of developing rural collective economy,so as to solve the ＂ issues about countryside,agriculture,and farmers＂ better and faster.
