皮肤再生医疗技术结合红光照射治疗压疮的疗效分析 被引量:5

Curative Effect Analysis of Skin Regenerative Medical Technique Combined with Red Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Pressure Ulcers

摘要 目的探索Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的有效治疗方法。方法将50例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,在积极治疗原发病、及时纠正贫血及低蛋白血症、抗感染等全身综合治疗的基础上,治疗组采用皮肤再生医疗技术结合红光照射治疗,每日照射1次,每次15~20 min,并根据创面情况每日换药1~3次;对照组采用常规外科换药结合红光照射治疗,每日照射1次,每次15~20 nin,并根据创面情况每日换药1~2次。对比观察两组患者创面愈合情况。结果治疗组患者的压疮创面全部自行愈合,愈合时间最短为9 d,最长为91 d;对照组患者的压疮创面也全部愈合,但其中5例采用自体皮移植封闭创面,愈合时间最短为15 d,最长为108 d。两组患者创面愈合时间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论皮肤再生医疗技术结合红光照射治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮疗效显著,可促进创面愈合、减少瘢痕增生,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effective methods of treating pressure ulcers of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ.Methods Randomly divided the 50 patients with pressure ulcers of slage Ⅲ and Ⅳ into treatment group and control group and each group had 25 cases.On the basis oi systemic comprehensive management ol treating the primary disease actively,correcling the anemia and hypoalbuminemia timely,and anti-infection,applied the Skin Regenerative Medical Technique comhined with Red Light Irradiation in the treatment group,iraadialed once a dav for 15 —20 minutes and changed MEBO dressing1-3 times per day according to the wound condition;In control group,applied the conventional dressing changes comhined with Red Light Irradiation was applied,with the irradiation done once per day lor 15 —20 minutes and dressing changed I-2 limes per day according to the wound condition.The wound healing status in hoth groups was comparatively observed.Results The wounds ol all the cases in treatment group healed completely and the shortest healing time was 9 days and the longest healing lime was 91 days;while in control group,the wounds ol all cases healed completely hut 5 cases' wounds were closed by autologous skin grafting,and the shortest healing lime was 15 days and the longest lime was 108 days.Comparison of the wound healing time in both groups indicated that the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Skin Regenerative Medical Technique comhined with Red Light Irradiation has an significant curative effect in treating pressure ulcers of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ.It can promote the wound healing and reduce the scar hyperplasia,worth lo be popularized.
