摘要
对全桥LLC谐振变换器的工作原理进行了分析,并采用高性能谐振控制器MC33067设计了一款输入为DC300~400V、输出为DC48V/12A的原理样机,同时利用Saber仿真软件对其进行辅助设计.仿真结果表明,其输出电压稳定在48V左右、输出纹波小于±0.5%,理论设计合理;样机测试结果表明,本文所设计的全桥LLC谐振变换器能够在全负载范围内实现软开关,效率达到了93%以上,符合设计要求。
This paper analyzes the theory of LLC resonant converter that takes the full‐bridge as the main circuit .An program for the full‐bridge converter based on MC33067 is intro‐duced .Finally a prototype of 300~400 V input ,48 V/12 A output was fabricated and tested . Using Saber software in designing the full‐bridge LLC resonant converter .The experimental results proved that the output voltage is stable at 48 V ,output ripple is less than ± 0 .5% ,ef‐ficiency is more than 93% ,achieve the design requirements .
