摘要
由于猪在机体解剖结构、器官大小、生理功能和病理特征等方面与人相似,因此猪不仅是重要的肉用家畜,还具有重要的人类医学模型价值。"十二五"期间国家重大科学研究计划在干细胞领域设立了"诱导多功能干细胞(i PS)猪与小型猪疾病模型"重大科学问题导向项目。项目组在过去的5年时间里开展了大量的探索性科研工作,取得了一系列的科研成果。本文围绕项目组开展的科研工作进行了综述,从领域的研究背景、世界前沿进展、项目组取得的主要进展、仍存在的问题以及未来的发展方向等方面进行阐述,希望本文有助于全社会理解猪多能性干细胞和人类疾病模型猪相关工作的重要意义和在我国的发展状况。
Pigs are important farm animal, and also valuable medical model because of their similarity with human in the size and structure of inner organs, the physiology and pathology. Project named pigs derived from induced pluripotent stem cell and inherited human disease models derived from miniature pig was supported by National Basic Research Program of China(973 Program) dur- ing the 12th Five-year plan period. The research group of this project made great progression during the past five years. In this review, background information, worldwide progression in this field, important results of this project and scientific questions remained were sum- marized in the hope of promoting the understanding of the importance of porcine pluripotent stem cells and in- herited human disease model and its progression in China.
