面向需求促创新 立足前沿谋发展——北京市自然科学基金推动基础研究成为首都建设全国科技创新中心的有力支撑

北京市自然科学基金根据北京市科技、经济和社会发展的需要,围绕全国科技创新中心建设的战略任务,加强和推动基础研究发展,在发现和培养优秀人才团队、促进首都优势特色学科发展、凝聚科研队伍、改革创新管理举措等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的工作,已成为首都科技创新体系的重要组成部分。"十三五"时期,北京市自然科学基金将以推进首都基础研究发展为核心职责,按照研究重后端需求、人才重前端培育、机制重竞争协作、资源重整合衔接的工作思路,加大对基础研究和自然科学基金的重视和投入力度、加强需求对接联动、改革经费管理模式、进一步完善资助格局,为全国科技创新中心建设提供有力支撑。

Beijing Natural Science Foundation （BNSF） has been dedicated to strengthen the development of basic research to serve the economic and social development and the science and technology progress of Beijing. Centered on the strategic task of constructing the Na- tional Science and Technology Innovation Center, BNSF has accomplished a series of fruitful missions including discovering and cultivating talents, promoting the development of the Capital＇ s preponderant and characteristic disciplines, condensing scientific research teams and initiating management innovations, and therefore has become an important part of Beijing＇ s science and tech- nology innovation system. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, BNSF will continue to take advancing the basic research development as its core responsibility, in accordance with the strategy of focusing on mechanism coordination, resource rentegration, industry demands and talent cultivation, and to conduct missions as drawing more attention and investment to basic research and BNSF, strengthening the linkage to demands, and im- proving the financial management and grant pattern, so as to provide strong support for the Capital＇ s construc- tion of National Science and Technology Innovation Center.
