摘要
研究了陶粒对废水中Sb(Ⅲ)的吸附性能,并探讨了影响吸附的因素和吸附机理。结果表明当陶粒烧制温度为1 000℃,振荡温度为25℃,废水p H为自然p H,陶粒投加量为8 g/L时,对50 m L 4 mg/L的Sb(Ⅲ)溶液吸附100 min,Sb(Ⅲ)的去除率可达99.25%;反应符合二级动力学方程,相关系数(R2)为0.998 7;陶粒吸附Sb(Ⅲ)同时符合Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型,对Sb(Ⅲ)的理论饱和吸附量为0.889 mg/g。
The adsorption property of red mud ceramsite for Sb ( Ⅲ ) wastewater was investigated, and influencing factors and mechanism of adsorption were also analyzed. The results show that removal rate of Sb( Ⅲ ) adsorbed in 100 min in 50 mL 4 mg/L Sb( Ⅲ ) solution reaches 99.25%, when calcination temperature of ceramsite is 1 000℃, dosage of ceramsite is 8 g/L, reaction temperature is 25 ℃ and pH needn't adjust. The high correlation coefficient (R2 = 0. 998 7) agrees well with pseudo second-order kinetics. The adsorption of ceramsite on Sb(Ⅲ) can be described well by Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The maximum adsorption capacity is 0. 889 mg/g based on the analysis of Langmuir model.
