摘要
原子荧光法测定水中硒时,铜元素的存在会对硒的测定造成干扰。该文通过大量试验优化条件参数,增加盐酸浓度或加入氯化铁溶液,总结出测定水中硒去除铜干扰的最佳条件,并对该条件下的精密度和准确度进行了评估。结果表明盐酸浓度20%或加入0.6 m L 10 g/L的氯化铁能有效抑制铜元素对硒的干扰,且操作简便、数据准确可靠。
The determination of selenium in water through atomic fluorescence spectrometry method will be interfered by copper. A lot of experiment for increasing concentration of hydrochloric acid or dosing ferric chloride was made in order to find the best determination condition of selenium while interference-free from copper, and the accuracy and precision of datum were analyzed. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: concentration of hydrochloric acid is 20% or 0.6 mL 10 g/L ferric chloride is added. The method is simple and accurate for the determination of selenium in water.
