基于脉宽校正原理的高精度凝汽器胶球监测装置研究

摘要 设计并提出一种新的高精度胶球监测装置。首先,装置将同时在循环水管道中运行的胶球通过分流仓的作用分流到各个安装有光电传感器和流速传感器的分流流道内。然后在圆台形前分流流道的加速作用下,落入其中的胶球加速分离至后分流流道;接着根据光电传感器获得的脉冲宽度和单一胶球通过的时间,通过微控制器对实际通过光电传感器的胶球个数进行校正,从而实现高精度在线监测胶球个数的目的。该装置结构简单,可以灵活地加入或拆解于凝汽器清洗系统,不会对系统的其它参数和功能造成不利影响。通过在蒙东能源通辽发电总厂1号机组(200MW)A侧凝汽器循环水管道上进行的实地试验证明,该装置在不考虑胶球在系统中滞留或丢失、胶球自身破损的情况下,计数误差为0%。 A high-accuracy washing ball monitoring device is presented in this paper. Firstly, washing balls in circulating cooling water piping are separated into branch piping equipped with photoelectric and flow sensors under the function of separate warehouse. Secondly, washing balls are separated in accelerative speed by the former circular truncated cone branch piping. Thirdly ,the number of washing walls is corrected after comparing one-time and online-time to achieve highaccuracy monitoring purpose. This device can be flexibly added or removed in the condenser washing system with no harm to other parameters and functions of condenser system. After testing on the A side of condenser circulating water pipe of unit I 200 MW in Meng Dong Tong Liao Power Station,the count error is 0% apart from conditions of losing washing balls and broken balls in condenser system.
