火电机组疏水截止阀微小泄漏故障温度诊断方法及其应用

摘要 疏水截止阀在机组启动过程中疏水,机组正常带负荷工况处于关闭状态。疏水截止阀若出现泄漏,不仅影响机组运行安全,而且导致机组效率降低,严重时导致人身安全事故。为了有效诊断出疏水阀微小泄漏状态,通过理论与试验相结合的方法探讨了基于阀前管道上两个特定点温度特征的泄漏诊断方法,获得了阀前管道两点温度特征值与微小泄漏流量之间的定量规律,并以工程实例加以检验,表明该方法在诊断疏水阀泄漏故障方面具有较高的可靠性,具有良好的工程应用价值。 The drain valve is used in the starting of unit , and closed when unit works with load. Drainage valve leakage will result in serious risks for the equipment safety, and generate a low power generation efficiency, even lead to personal security accident. For effective diagnoses of small leaks in drain valve, both in theoretically and experimentally, this article has researched based on the diagnosing method of two special spots' temperature features on pipeline, to achieved the quantitative variation law between spots' temperature value and flows of leakage, which has been proved in projects that states the method is worthwhile and highly reliable in the diagnosis of drain valve leakage in engineerinz.
