基于灰色-马尔可夫模型的刀具磨损预测 被引量:9

摘要 为了准确判断和预测激光超声复合超精密车削过程中刀具的磨损状况及磨损趋势,基于激光超声复合超精密车削刀具后刀面磨损试验数据,应用灰色-马尔可夫理论建立了激光超声复合超精密车削刀具磨损量灰色预测模型及灰色-马尔可夫预测模型,并对特定切削条件下的刀具磨损量进行了预报。结果表明,两种模型预测值与实测值误差较小,尤其是灰色-马尔可夫模型拟合精度更高,结果更可靠,能更好地满足工程需要。 In order to judge and predict the tool wear condition and wear trend in laser ultrasonically assisted machining,based on the tool flank wear data through laser ultrasonically assisted machining experiment,using the grey-Markov theory,the grey prediction model and grey-Markov prediction model of tool flank wear in laser ultrasonically assisted machining were established,and the tool wear values were predicted based on these two models. The results showed that the prediction values are very close to the measured values,especially the fitting precision of data obtained with the grey-Markov prediction model is better and its prediction results is more reliable,which can better meet the requirements of practical engineering.
