摘要
非同步采样产生的频谱泄露和栅栏效应,严重影响了信号参数的分析精度,无法完成PMU(同步相量测量单元)的校验,因此提出了Nuttall窗插值FFT算法,推导出幅度、相位、频率的修正公式。通过仿真和实验验证该算法达到很高的计算精度,并且基于高精度数据提出的PMU校验方法有效地实现数据对比分析。最终根据本算法及校验方法设计出了高精度的PMU校验仪,实现了PMU的高精度校验,确保了电网的安全稳定运行。
Spectral leakage and fence effect,which were caused in asynchronous sampling,influenced the analytical accuracy of signal,and it was hard to verify the PMU,so an interpolation FFT algorithm was proposed,and the formulas of magnitude,phase,and frequency of signal were derived. The results got a high accuracy through verification of experiments and simulation,and the verification method of PMU based on high accuracy data efficiently achieved the data comparison and analysis. Finally,according to the algorithm and verification method,high precision calibrator of PMU was developed,which achieves the high precision verification of PMU,and it makes the efficient operation of power grid.
