利用锥体束CT对少年期中切牙根尖周牙槽骨厚度的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究少年期中切牙根尖唇舌侧牙槽骨厚度,并探讨与其相关的硬组织测量指标。方法对42例符合纳入标准的错牙合畸形患者的锥体束CT(CBCT)进行评估,应用MIMICS 10.0软件测量168颗中切牙根尖唇舌侧牙槽骨厚度,并对42例患者进行CBCT三维和头颅侧位片二维头影测量,应用SPSS 21.0统计软件对中切牙根尖周牙槽骨厚度值与8项常用的硬组织头影测量指标进行Spearman相关性分析。结果少年期上中切牙根尖唇侧的牙槽骨厚度与上中切牙唇倾度呈正相关,与SNA角呈负相关,腭侧厚度的相关性与唇侧相反;下中切牙根尖唇、舌侧的牙槽骨厚度均与SN-MP角呈负相关,唇侧厚度与ANB角、下中切牙唇倾度呈正相关,腭侧厚度的相关性与唇侧相反。结论头影测量中部分硬组织测量指标与少年期中切牙根尖周牙槽骨的厚度有相关性,对临床具有参考价值。 Objective To investigate the alveolar bone thickness around apex of central incisor of early youth,and to explore its correlation with relevant cephalometric indexes of hard tissue. Methods 42 malocclusion patients who fit the inclusion criteria were accessed by cone-beam CT( CBCT),and the thickness of alveolar bone around apex of 168 central incisors was measured by MIMICS 10.0 software. Cephalometric measurements of the 42 patients were made by three-dimensional CBCT and two-dimensional lateral cephalograms. SPSS 21. 0 statistical software was used for the analysis of the correlation between the thickness of alveolar bone and the results of cephalometric measurements. Results The thickness of the labial alveolar bone around apex of the upper central incisor of early youth was positively correlated with the protrusion of the upper central incisor,and was negatively correlated with SNA. The correlation with the palatal thickness was opposed to that with the labial thickness. The thickness of the labial and lingual alveolar bone around apex of the lower central incisor was negatively correlated with SN-MP. The labial thickness of the lower central incisor was positively associated with ANB and the protrusion of the lower central incisor,and the correlation with the palatal thickness was opposed to that with the labial thickness. Conclusions Some cephalometric indexes of hard tissue are related to the alveolar bone thickness around apex of central incisor of early youth,delivering the clinical reference value.
