摘要
目的 :了解中心门诊二类精神药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对中心2012-2014年二类精神药品的应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :中心二类精神药品的使用金额和用药频度逐年上升,艾司唑仑片、氯硝西泮片等苯二氮?类药物的用药频度均较高,苯巴比妥类药物用量极少。结论 :中心二类精神药品临床应用基本合理。
Objective：To investigate the application of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡ in the outpatient clinic of the community health service center to provide a reference for the clinical rational drug use.Methods： The method of the limited daily dose indicators recommended by WHO was used to retrospectively analyze the application of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡ from 2012-2014.Results：The consumption volume and DDDs of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡincreased year by year in the center. The benzodiazepines such as alprazolam and clonazepam were still in the important position in terms of DDDs. The dosage of phenobarbital class was rare.Conclusion： The utilization of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡ in the center is basically reasonable.
