闵行区农村社区家庭医生制服务模式下高血压患者临床检验工作效果的分析

Analysis of the effect of the clinical laboratory work on the hypertensive patients under the rural community family doctor system service mode in Minhang District

目的 :探讨农村社区家庭医生(GP)制服务模式下高血压患者临检验工作的完成效果,为农村社区高血压防治工作开展提供依据。方法 :选取2012-2014年浦江社区管理的现有高血压患者为研究对象,采用农村社区GP制工作团队服务模式进行干预,对比农村社区GP制工作团队服务模式实施前后社区高血压患者临床检查工作完成效果。结果:在传统的高血压管理模式下,社区的高血压患者临床检验工作完成率基本在30%以内。在实施以家庭医生为主体、乡村医生为家庭医生助理、公共卫生人员及护士参与的农村社区GP制工作团队服务模式后,高血压患者临床检查工作完成率均达到50%以上。结论 :农村社区GP制工作团队服务模式是一种适合农村社区高血压管理的有效模式,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the implementing effect of the clinical laboratory work on the patients with hypertension under the rural community family doctor service mode to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the rural community.Methods：The hypertensive patients under the management in Pujiang Community from 2012 to 2014 were selected as the subjects andthe intervention of the rural community family doctor system service mode was adopted so that the implementing effect of the clinical laboratory work of the patients with hypertension were compared before and after the implementation of the mode.Results： Under the traditional hypertension management mode, 30% of the clinical laboratory work of the community hypertension was just ifnished. After the implementation of the rural community family doctor system service mode, in which the family doctors were as the main providers, and the rural doctors as the assistants, the public health service personal and nurses participating, more than 50% of the clinical laboratory work was ifnished for the patients with hypertension.Conclusion： The rural community family doctor system service mode is an effective one which is suitable for the rural community hypertension management, and worthy of popularization and application.
