微米木纤维汽车腰靠木芯的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 验证汽车腰靠木芯模压件具有较高的强度、韧性和弹性,为未来微米木纤维汽车腰靠木芯的发展提供有利的理论基础。对微米木纤维模压的汽车腰靠木芯进行三维建模,在此基础上进行木芯的静态分析和模态分析。腰靠木芯最大应力值为0.02 MPa;腰靠木芯最大变形位移为1.44 mm;从微米木纤维腰靠木芯的前六阶振型分析图中可以得到腰靠木芯前六阶的最大振幅值依次为8.55、5.76、7.84、11.8、8.66、10.457 mm,微米木纤维腰靠木芯在第四阶时的变形量达到最大值,当微米木纤维腰靠木芯的固有频率大于96.7 Hz后模态振型将趋于平缓。通过对比发现腰靠内芯固有频率与一般汽车的固有频率相差较大,不会发生共振使振幅加大。微米木纤维腰靠木芯能满足汽车腰靠内芯的设计要求。 [Objective] The purpose is to verify that the soft-core molded parts in cars for waists have high strength,toughness and elasticity,which has provided theoretical basis for the future development of the micron wood fiber car waist. [Methods] The 3d modeling of wood core for waist was made,and the static analysis and modal analysis were conducted. [Results] The maximum stress value of wood core for waist was 0. 02 MPa. The maximum displacement of wood core was 1. 44 mm. It is found that the maximum amplitude of the first six order of waist's wood core were 5. 76 mm,7. 84 mm,11. 8 mm,8. 66 mm,10. 457 mm,and 8. 55 mm from the first six order model of waist's wood core by micron wood fiber. The deformation of waist's wood core by micron wood fiber reached the maximum value when in the fourth order. When the natural frequency of waist's wood core by micron wood fiber was bigger than 96. 7 Hz,the mode shapes tended to moderate. [Conclusion] By comparison,the natural frequency of the waist's wood core and the natural frequency of the vehicle were significantly different and resonance will not occur and the amplitude will not increase. The waist's wood core by micron wood fiber can meet the design requirements of the waist's inner core of automobile.
