摘要 随着城市道路交通需求的持续增加,快速、准确地发现路网中发生的交通拥堵,制定合理有效的拥堵疏导策略具有重要意义。介绍了GPS数据在国内的挖掘与应用,GPS数据的组成结构,GPS数据的处理方法,如错误数据的检测,如何与电子地图匹配。将安装有GPS的出租车采集到的城市交通流数据进行数据过滤、地图匹配和坐标转换,实现出租车路径跟踪,确定出租车上下客的地理位置,获得平均行驶速度和路段状况等信息,根据实时采集的路网路段状况信息,以及路段交通信息,提出一种城市道路交通运行状态的判别方法,为提高城市交通诱导水平提供技术支持,为交通管理者和出行者提供信息依据。 With the continuous increase on the demand of urban road traffic,the rapid and accurate identification of the traffic congestion in the road network becomes critically important to the development of a reasonable and effective traffic channel strategy.This paper introduces the GPS data mining and application in China,the structure of GPS data,and GPS data processing methods,such as the detection of false data,and how to match the electronic map. The urban traffic flow data obtained from a taxi which is installed GPS device is processed through filtering,map matching and coordinate transformation in order to trace the taxi path,determine the taxi favorable geographical locations,average travel speed,as well as the road condition information. According to the realtime acquisition of the network link state information and traffic information,the urban road traffic running state discrimination method is proposed,which has provided technical support for the improvement of urban traffic induction level and provided information for traffic management staffs and pedestrians.
