摘要 传统的U型槽在施工过程中存在工序复杂,安装配套不够合理,施工速度慢,施工质量难以控制等问题。为解决U型槽传统施工技术对预制新型U型槽推广应用的瓶颈限制,本文重点介绍新型U型槽施工所需的主要机械设备、施工流程、施工方法步骤。预制U型槽新的施工工艺使得U型槽在安装过程中,组件配套安装方便、简单,施工速度更加方便快捷,质量容易控制,具有较高的性价比,符合现代化大水利建设发展需求。并结合传统U型槽施工过程存在问题开展相关方面的改进与完善,使其施工工艺更趋于合理。可以为新型U(矩)型槽产品推广应用提供技术参考。 The traditional u-shaped slots exist many problems during construction,including complex construction process,unreasonable installation form,slow construction speed,and poor control on construction quality. To solve the bottleneck restriction of traditional construction technology of the u-shaped slot for prefabrication the popularization and application of the new type slot,the paper introduced the new U type canal of anti-Seepage technology that adopted the main machinery and equipment,construction process and construction procedures. New construction technology of prefabricated u-shaped slot makes the u-shaped slot installation become easy and simple,the construction speed is faster,and the quality is easily controlled,which has higher cost performance,and can meet the demand of modern water conservancy construction development. Based on the problems existed in traditional u-shaped slot,the paper carried out relevant improvement and perfection to make it more reasonable in construction process. The new construction technology can offer references for the popularization and application of new type U product.
