最难就业季下的环境科学专业教学改革理论和实践

Teaching Reform Theory and Practice of Environmental Science Major under the Most Difficult Season of Employment

目前,就业难已成为毕业大学生们无法回避的现实,必须在政府、高校、大学生三方的共同努力下才能走出困境。本文以东北林业大学环境科学专业教学改革实践经验为例,系统分析了在就业难情况下,环境科学专业教学改革的必要性和意义,阐述了环境科学专业厚基础、扩方向、重实验的课程改革策略;注重创新、创业、实践能力培养;注重大学生人文素质修养的提高和健康性格特性的形成,以期为其他高等院校教学改革提供理论依据和实践指导。

Currently,the difficulty in getting employed for undergraduates has become an irrevocable fact,which should be solved by the government,universities,and students together. In this paper,taking the practical experience of teaching reform in the major of Environmental Science at Northeast Forestry University as an example,the necessity and significance of implementing teaching reform in Environmental Science major were systematically analyzed under the difficult employment situation. The curriculum reform strategy of Environmental Science that focused on basic theory,wide research directions,and lab course reform was elaborated. The teaching reform paid more attention on the training of creativity,entrepreneurship,and practical ability,focused on the improvement of students＇ humanities accomplishment and shaping personality characteristics,which can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance in teaching reform of other institutions.
