优质护理与健康教育在外科住院患者中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing Service and Health Education in Surgical Patients

目的探讨优质护理服务在普通外科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月1日—5月31日普通外科共收治240例患者,实施优质护理服务的120例患者作为观察组,普通护理服务的120例患者作为对照组,对比两组患者对护理工作的满意度、对病情的了解程度及健康教育知晓率。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度、对病情的了解程度及健康教育知晓率明显优于对照组。结论优质护理服务与健康教育相结合实施,能促进患者对健康教育知识的掌握,提高患者的满意度,改善护患关系,从而有效的降低医疗纠纷,提升医院在患者心中的形象。

Objective To discuss the application effect of high quality nursing care on health education of general surgical patients. Methods 240 patients received treatment in the department of general surgery from April 1st, 2013 to May 31 st, among which 120 patients who were given high quality nursing care are regarded as research group while the other 120 patients who were given ordinary nursing care were considered as comparison group. Satisfaction rate on nursing care, understanding of their conditions and awareness rate of health education were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of patients on nursing care, understanding of their conditions and awareness rate of health education of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion High quality nursing service combined with health education can promote the understanding of patients on health education knowledge, improve the patient satisfaction and the relationship between nurses and patients, so as to effectively reduce medical disputes and improve the image of the hospital in the hearts of patients.
