大学生人事档案管理存在问题与探讨

人事档案是人事工作的中心环节,是人事工作的基础,同时服务于人事和管理工作。高校毕业生档案是国家人事档案事业的一个重要分支,真实记录了大学生在校期间学习、生活以及参加各种社会实践的特定人生轨迹,既是高校教育、培养、考察人才的第一手资料,更是用人单位选拔聘用优秀人才的重要依据。因此,加强人事档案管理是高校毕业生适应社会、谋求发展的必不可少的重要一环。作者通过对大学生人事档案管理工作中存在问题的探讨,为其提高使用效能提供相应的建议,为强化我国当前大学生人事档案管理工作提供借鉴。

Personnel records are the center and foundation of the personnel work and serve the personnel and management work at the same time. Archive of college graduates is an important branch of the state personnel file management, which is a real historical record of the specific trajectory of study, life and of all kinds of social activities of college students. Personnel record is not only the first - hand information of college education, cultivation and observation of talents, but also the important basis of selecting and appointing outstanding talents for companies. Therefore, the strengthening of the personnel re- cords management is an important step of college graduates adapting to the society and seeking develop- ment. Based on the problems existing in the personnel records management of college students, this paper mainly presents the corresponding suggestions to improve its efficiency, expecting to provide some lessons for the current personnel records management of college students in China.
