酰嘧磺隆对小麦田伴生阔叶杂草防除效果及安全性评价

Control effect of Amidosulfuron on associated broadleaf weeds in field of spring wheat andthe evaluation of its safety

为明确酰嘧磺隆在田间防除杂草的效果和对春小麦产量影响及安全性评价,采用田间小区药效试验,选取50%酰嘧磺隆WDG除草剂防除春小麦田间伴生一年生阔叶杂草。结果表明,50%酰嘧磺隆水分散粒剂可有效防除春小麦田间多种伴生阔叶杂草。50%酰嘧磺隆WDG剂量45~60 ml/hm2,每公顷兑水300 kg在春小麦3~5叶期、阔叶杂草2~8叶期茎叶喷雾,使用后春小麦增产3.27%~11.39%,阔叶杂草株防效达85.63%,鲜重防效达87.01%。

To clear the effects of Amidosulfuron on controlling weeds and spring wheat yield and safety evaluation in the fields, we selected 50% Amidosulfuron WDG herbicides to control associated annual broadleaf weeds of spring wheat field by field plot test. The results showed that 50% Amido- sulfuron WDG can effectively control a variety of associated broadleaf weeds in spring wheat field. 50% Amidosulfuron WDG was sprayed on leaves of spring wheat in 3 -5 leaf stage and broad - leaved weeds in 2 -8 leaf stage with its dose between 45 and 60 ml per hectare adding pure water 300 kg so that the yield of spring wheat increased by 3.27% - 11.39% and control effect of broadleaf weed and fresh weight respectively reached 85.63% and 87.01%.
