摘要
针对冬季西宁市蔬菜农贸市场的叶菜类蔬菜中的农药残留取样检测,对结果进行分析评价,以掌握西宁市市场蔬菜农药残留水平和蔬菜质量安全现状。结果表明:18种农药残留对油麦菜、上海青、菠菜3种叶菜类蔬菜质量安全无风险,芹菜、韭菜质量存在一定的安全风险隐患,影响其质量安全的主要风险因子是烯酰吗啉、毒死蜱、多菌灵、三唑酮和吡虫啉。
The insecticide residues of winter leaf vegetables sampled from Farmers Market in Xining were measured to understand insecticide residue level, quality and safety status. The analysis results indicate that the 18 kinds of insecticides residue of Chinese lettuce, spinach and bok choy are in safety level, but there is quality and safety risk in celery and leek. The major risk factors were dimethomorph, chlorpyrifos, carbendazim, triadimefon and imidacloprid.
