计及运行风险的分布电源多目标优化配置 被引量:3

摘要 针对配电网运行中面临的不确定性因素以及传统的确定性安全准则的缺点,将风险理论引入到分布式电源优化配置中。综合考虑系统运行中可能发生的故障概率及其严重后果,评价系统所处的风险水平,并将系统的运行状况量化得出风险指标,进而构建基于运行风险的分布式电源多目标优化配置模型。该模型以同时降低系统运行成本和运行风险为目标函数,采用改进的粒子群算法获取系统运行成本和运行风险之间的权衡关系,辅助工作人员进行决策。通过算例分析计算结果,验证了该方法的合理性与可行性。 As for the uncertainties existing in the operation of distribution network and the disadvantages of traditional deterministic security criterion,the risk theory is introduced into the distribution generation allocation. After synthesizing the probability and severity of fault which might happen,evaluating the level of system risk,the operational risk can be quantified from operation conditions. And then a risk-based multi-objective allocation model can be formulated,whose objection function is to reduce the operational cost and risk. The improved particle swarm algorithm used in this essay can obtain the tradeoffs of operational cost and risk,meanwhile assist the workers to make decision. Through the example analysis results,the rationality and feasibility of the method will be verified
