摘要 大兴安岭某大型钼矿设计采选规模为5万t/d,对该矿石进行400 t/d的浮选机工业试验,在此基础上开展浮选柱工业试验研究。浮选柱工业试验主要研究浮选柱应用于原矿粗扫选段及再磨粗精矿精选的分选效果,研究结果表明,浮选柱应用于原矿的粗扫选效果不佳,而用于再磨粗精矿的精选效果良好,最终能得到钼品位为48%左右,钼作业回收率为88%左右的钼精矿,浮选柱工业试验结果能很好地与浮选机工业试验形成对比,为选矿厂设计的方案选择提供充分论证依据。 The mining design capacity of one large scale molybdenum ore in Greater Khingan is 50, 000 t/d ; the flotation machine industrial experiment of 400t/d molybdenum ore was carried out, and the flotation column industrial experiment study was carried out on the base of the above mentioned experiment. The flotation column industrial experiment study is mainly executed for flotation column ap- plication of raw ore roughing section and separation effect of regrinding rough concentrate, the study results show the application effect of flo- tation column on raw ore roughing is not good, but the concentration effect of regrinding rough concentrate is good, the molybdenum grade is around 48% finally, the recovery rate of molybdenum is around 88% ; the industrial experiment results of flotation column can well contrast with the flotation machine industrial experiment, which can supply the sufficient demonstrate basis for the design scheme of concentration plant.
