摘要 昆钢Q345B热轧钢板短期内批量出现表面横裂缺陷,横裂缺陷在钢板表面的分布规律、缺陷特征、金相组织分析及轧制工艺过程跟踪调查表明,昆钢热轧钢板横裂缺陷是因轧制过程轧辊冷却水泄漏造成局部温度低,导致轧制变形不均匀造成的。对此采取合理控制措施,使Q345B热轧钢板横裂缺陷得到有效控制。 KunSteel Q345B hot rolled steel plate batch appears transverse crack; the distribution regularities, defect characters, metallography analysis and roiling technical process follow - up investigation of the transverse crack on the surface of steel plate shows that the transverse crack of KunSteel hot wiled steel plate is caused by miler cooling water leakage that the local temperature low during wiling period, so that the rolling deformation is uneven. The transverse crack of Q345B hot rolled steel plate shall be controlled effectively by the reasonable control measures.
