摘要
从BIM的早期价值接受,说明BIM被接受的价值因素。在建筑的全生命周期中,BIM有更深远的应用意义。文章提出BIM+FM+IBMS的思路,为BIM应用推动到建筑项目最长周期的运营维护阶段提供了理论方法和实际案例。
This paper simply analyzes the reasons of BIM（Building Information Model） being accepted,promoted and developed from the value viewpoint. Then it brings up the thought of BIM ＋ FM（Feather Managerment） ＋IBMS（Intelligent Building Management System）,and provides the theory and actual example for extending the lifecycle of BIM to the longest operation and maintenmance stage.
