摘要
根据近年施工项目管理体会和经验,结合几个管理工具及方法的应用,从强化全员成本效益理念、"漏洞"管理、数据库运用、分包管理和与业主关系处理等方面,探讨如何进行管理挖潜,以达到实现施工项目利润增长的目的。
According to the realizations and experiences of the construction project management in recent years, combining a couple of management tools and the applications of methods,it discusses the managementof potentialities exploitation in terms of the concept of overall cost efficiency, 'vulnerability' management, applications of database, subcontract management and the relationships with clients, so as to achieve the objective of realizing the growth of construction project profits.
