Study on the Dense-Medium Separation in Energy-Saving Technology

以晋煤集团下属选煤厂为研究对象,介绍重介选煤厂的节能原则,重点研究在生产工艺中降低电耗、介耗、药耗三方面的节能措施,并提出重介选煤过程的节能、控制与管理平台,从而实现节能降耗。

Taken coal preparation plant of Jincheng Coal Industry Group as the object, this paper introduced energy-saving principle of dense-medium separation plant, focused on the research of energy-saving measures to reduce power consumption, medium consumption, chemical consumption in the production process, and put forward energy-saving, control and management platform in the dense medium coal preparation process, so as to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction.
