阐述了公众参与环境影响评价的概念与功能及公众参与环境影响评价的必要性,并提出了加强公众参与环境影响评价机制的对策。
This paper expounded the concept and function of public participation in environmental impact assessment and the necessity of public participation in environmental impact assessment, and put forward the countermeasures for strengthening public participation in environmental impact assessment mechanism.
