提高综采机械设备齿轮工作效率的研究

Study on the Methods to Enhance the Working Efficiency of the Gear Used in Fully Mechanized Equipment

根据大同煤矿集团王村煤业公司综采工作面需要过大断层的需求,对所使用煤矿机械设备齿轮的失效问题进行具体分析,目的是提高齿轮的工作效率。为解决失效问题,所以提出了齿轮失效形式,分析造成传动齿轮失效的原因,通过提高综采机械传动齿轮的加工质量,来延长综采机械设备的使用寿命,重点提出了提高齿轮工作效率方法。

Passing through large fault was needed in fully mechanized coal mining face in Wangcun Coal Industry Company in Datong Coal Group of Shanxi, based on this, this paper made specific analysis of gear failure problems of coalmine machinery to improve the working efficiency of the gear. To solve the problem of failure, this paper put forward the gear failure modes, analyzed the reasons lead to transmission gear failure. Improving the fully mechanized processing quality of mechanical transmission gear can extend the service life of fully mechanized equipment. And then it proposed methods to enhance the working efficiency of the gear.
