摘要
针对现有公安部门GIS系统缺少统一规划,无法形成系统的联动,以及数据存在重复建设的技术现状,提出并设计了以空间数据共享为基础的警用地理信息系统技术方案,将各类警务信息标准化、对象化、可视化,并以空间分析、数据统计为基础构建了公安部门的辅助决策系统,提高了公安部门的信息化水平和及时、准确的处警能力。
Due to the Existing Police Geographic Information System lack of unified construction,system linkage,and repeated collection of data,the author puts forward and designs the Police Geographical Information System based on data sharing.By standardization,objectification,visualization of the police information,and the construction of Decision Support System based on Spatial Analysis and Statistics,the system improved the information level and rapid,accurate response ability of the Public Security Department.
