摘要
针对当下教育存在的问题和人的生命成长需要,提出以追求生命成长为根本宗旨的"成长教育"。根据"成长教育"的基本意蕴,建构"成长教育"的理论,设计"成长教育"的路径,架构"成长教育"的机制;围绕建构"成长教育"的环境、建构"成长教育"的课程、建构"成长教育"的课堂、建构"成长教育"的活动进行实践;在实践基础上,按照"统整"的思想对其理论和实践进行发展,其策略是:统整教育网络、统整教育主体、统整教育目标、统整教育方式、统整课程体系、统整教学体系、统整教学策略。
Growth education is proposed in view of current issues with education and me requirements of human's growth. According to the basic connotation of growth education, we construct its theories, design its path, and establish its mechanism. We put it into practice by revolving around constructing its environment, curriculum, classroom and activity. And on the basis of practice we have developed its theories and practice under the guidance of integration, whose strategies are as follows: integrating education networks, educational subjects, educational objectives, styles, curriculunl systems, teaching systems and strategies.
